National dental practice chain Aspen Dental will open a new office in Salisbury Dec. 15, company officials announced Thursday. The new office, at 2408 N. Salisbury Blvd., will be led by Dr. Ekaterina Spirina, who received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Howard University.
