Liver Transplant Patient: Treatment Plan for Dental Implants?

I have a patient I would like to treatment plan for dental implants who had a liver transplant 2-years prior. Are there any absolute or relative contra-indications for installing implants in this patient? (Source: Dental Implants Discussed by Experts)
