Conclusions CPP-ACP can induce the biomimetic mineralisation of dentine through apatite formation along and between the phosphorylated dentine collagen fibres. Clinical Significance The in vitro study imitated the application of CPP-ACP to exposed dentine tooth surfaces in the mouth.
