Attaining the Maximum Torque of the Abutment: What do you recommend?

I have a question concerning when to attain the final and maximum torque of the abutment screw. Some speakers teach that you should just torque down the abutment screw to final torque values at the time of abutment placement. (Source: Dental Implants Discussed by Experts)
