Richard T. Libby, Ph.D., professor of Ophthalmology and of Biomedical Genetics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and a member of the University ’s Center for Visual Science, has been named Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs, pending approval of the University Board of Trustees.
