Alleged DIY tooth maker taken to court by dental college
The professional body that represents B.C. dentists is suing a man who was allegedly making partial dentures unlicensed, and with store-bought modelling clay from his Richmond home. In the post, which has been removed, Block said he could make individual, non-toxic teeth from his home for $ 100 dollars each.

When Peter Garland, 66, of Robbinston was diagnosed with throat cancer in October 2015, he had to have several teeth pulled out. But the cost for the extractions and replacement dentures was more than $ 1,500, and Garland didn't know how he would pay for them.
