In practice, policy and education, oral health care and primary health care have traditionally been considered separate. PHO dental health serves 35,885 in 2017
A total of 35,885 kabalens from the 18 municipalities of the province were served by the Provincial Health Office under the Preventive Dental Health Management System. According to Dr. Thricia Sunglao, provincial dental supervisor, they have accomplished at least 75 dental missions from February to December in 2017.
